At-a-glance
On November 23, 2016, we updated the parameters for UNet user names. Please keep the following requirements in mind when adding new users or adjusting their information.
- The number of characters for a login name must be at least 8 alphanumeric characters and no greater than 32 characters.
- Login names must not include a space.
- Login names must NOT contain any of the following characters: ” / \ [ ] : ; | = , + * ? < >
Usernames are NOT case sensitive, although they do maintain case for display purposes.
